Fischtechnik - The World’s Leading Fish Graders
Fischtechnik International Engineering Fish Grading Machines are developed to grade most commercially important fish species from 1 g to 10 kg into three to four sizes. More than 5000 Fischtechnik Graders have been sold into more than 70 countries. With our patented belt grading system, fish are graded gently and with high precision.
For grading high volumes of fish, graders can be fed by fish pumps or air lifts. Smaller machines can be conveniently fed by hand netting
All graders are manufactured in Fischtechnik’s own production facility, so that we can adapt graders to your special needs.

Extra large machine for grading fish beyond 1.5kg, such as Salmon, large Trout, Cod, and others
Technical Information
- Materials used: Seawater resistant aluminium, refined steel, Polyethylene
- Motors: Single-phase (110, 220, 240 Volt) or 3-phase (380, 410, 440 Volt). 3-phase motors allow to operate the belt lines with two speeds, either with a slow one for high accuracy or with a fast one for high capacities
- Maintenance: The machines and the motors are routine maintenance-free
