OxyGuard Redox Manta
Single-Channel redox/ORP Measurement System
The OxyGuard Redox Manta is a single channel redox/ORP measurement system. It has a mA analogue output that can be set to 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. The unit is a simple, accurate and very rugged measurement unit intended for function as a primary measurement device in fish farms and similar, but can also be used in industrial or other control and monitoring systems.
The Redox Manta is designed for use with the rugged OxyGuard probe, which is found in several versions for different types of mounting.
The OxyGuard Redox Alpha and Redox Plus are found for users who need a measurement system with more functions. The Redox Plus incorporates a pulse-pause controller and high and low alarms.
Technical Advantages
The OxyGuard Redox Manta is a single-probe redox/ORP measurement system. As with all OxyGuard OxyGuard instruments it is reliable and easy to use. The system consists of a wall-mounted transmitter connected to a probe by a five core cable. The transmitter houses an amplifier, display, power supply, terminals and calibration adjustments. The probe is found in a range of types.
The instrument has an analogue output that the user can set to either 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. This output is galvanically isolated from the rest of the circuitry.
The OxyGuard Redox Manta is reliable. The design of the probe is such that the electrode tip is well protected, avoiding problems due to the fragility of the electrode. Apart from keeping the electrode clean, maintenance as such is not necessary. Electrode replacement, when necessary, can be performed in minutes.
The OxyGuard Redox Manta is the ideal choice where there is a need for measurements of reasonable accuracy that can be relied on - day after day - week after week - with a minimum of attention to the equipment!
